Your next winning ad could be 7 days away.

We help ecom brands beat creative fatigue, find new winning angles and get more out of their ad spend.

Beat your current winning ad in 7 days, or you don't pay.

Sound familiar?
  • “Two weeks of testing and we're still running the same three winners.”
  • “The media buyer wants more creatives. Nobody knows what they should test.”
  • “We found an angle that worked. Now every competitor is saying it too.”
  • “Plenty of impressions. Not many reasons to care.”
  • “New hook, new footage, same message.”
  • “It's a good product. We just can't say why it beats the other fifteen.”

01The problem

At some point, making more ads stops being the answer.

Performance dips. Someone says the creative is fatigued. A new batch gets briefed, edited and launched. One or two of them hold up for a while. Then the whole cycle starts again.

It feels like progress because everyone's busy. But if nobody can say what was missing from the last batch, the next one is just a more expensive guess.

  1. 01 / 05

You're running out of new things to say.

Every new ad feels like another variation of the same three selling points. Different hook, different footage, same underlying message.

  2. 02 / 05

    Your winners are getting tired.

The ad that carried your account last month is slowly losing steam. You've tried changing the opening, switching the footage and rewriting the CTA. Nothing seems to bring back the original performance.

  3. 03 / 05

Your competitors are starting to sound like you.

Everyone is talking about the same benefits, using the same angles and making the same promises. Your product might be different, but your ads don't make that obvious.

  4. 04 / 05

You're testing, but not really learning.

You've launched dozens of creatives. But can you actually explain why the winners worked, why the losers failed, and what the next batch should test?

  5. 05 / 05

You're asking your team for more creatives, not better answers.

The editor needs a brief. The media buyer needs new ads. Everyone is busy. But nobody has a clear direction for what should be communicated next.

That's where the real work starts. Not with another edit. With figuring out what your customers actually need to hear.

02What we actually do

We figure out what your next winning ad should be saying.

The work starts before anyone opens an editing tool.

We study your customers, your competitors, the reasons people buy, the reasons they hesitate, the ads you've already run and where you sit in the market. Then we look for the openings — the things worth saying that nobody in your category is saying well yet.

01

Find the angle

We dig into what customers care about, what they're frustrated with, what makes them hesitate and what competitors aren't communicating well.

The goal is to find stronger reasons for someone to choose your product.

02

Turn the insight into an ad

We turn those insights into advertising concepts, hooks, native ad ideas, messaging directions and creative briefs.

Not random ideas. Each concept has a clear reason for existing — a specific customer belief or motivation it’s built to address.

03

Know what to test next

We map out the next testing directions based on what's working, what isn't and what your existing performance is already telling you.

Instead of endlessly producing variations, you get a creative testing direction with intent behind it.

Every concept we hand over has a reason behind it, so every test teaches you something about what your customers actually respond to.

03What working together looks like

Less guessing. More thought behind every ad.

  • Customer research & voice-of-customer analysis

Reviews, surveys, support tickets, comment sections, forums. We find the words your customers already use to describe the problem you solve.

  • Competitor advertising research

What everyone else in your category is saying, what they're over-saying, and what they're leaving on the table.

  • Advertising angle development

New reasons to buy, grounded in real motivations — not another way of phrasing the same benefit.

  • Direct-response concepts & copy

Ads written to move someone from scrolling to wanting, where every line has a job.

  • Native ad concepts

Ideas that feel at home in the feed, so people pay attention before they've decided they're looking at an ad.

  • Hook & script development

Openings built around a specific belief or tension — and scripts that actually pay off what the hook promised.

  • Detailed creative briefs

Briefs your editor or designer can work from without a follow-up call: the audience, the angle, the message, the references and the reason.

  • Creative testing roadmaps

What to test, in what order, what each test is trying to learn — and what result would change the plan.

  • Iteration & new angle recommendations

When something works, we work out why. Then we decide whether to push it further or go looking for the next one.

Ram aka Shriram RFounder, Topline Retention

Hi, I'm Ram.

For the past 2.5 years, I've been writing for DTC brands and coaches — mainly as a lifecycle email copywriter, with ad copy as a secondary service.

I've worked with health, supplement, pet and cosmetic brands, including BASED, Hound Nutrition, Ethale, Firdaus Scents, Brain Mush, Solvanno and Nulsi. I've also worked with 11+ coaches, including Jemelin Artigas, Vincent Fischer, Atomic Fit (Karan Trivedi), Eevi Maria and Natscho Libre.

Email is where I built my foundation. It taught me what makes someone open, read and buy: understanding the customer, finding the right angle and testing what works.

What pulled me toward ads was the research.

Digging into personas, studying competitor ads and coming up with new angles every day — that's the part of the work I enjoy most.

That's why I'm making creative strategy my full-time focus.
